Picnic At Sembawang Park

Charming park, couple of bus stops away. We love the idylic feel about it. HAd wanted to make it a weekly thing to chill out at the park, but don't get to. Still it is good once in a while. It is now under renovation, where they will add a boardwalk by the beach ( so that peeps swimming from across Johor, Malaysia opposite has somewhere to land. :P)

The greens. Makes a hot day so much cooler and comfortable. This park has some of the oldest trees. You have seen it before.

Anglers fishing by the beach. We saw one who caught a small fish. Look at the sky! Woo~ The port opposite is the Pasir Gudang port of Johor, Malaysia. It's true we live so near the border to our neighbouring country. Wait, everyone in Singapore lives near a border cause we are so tiny!

They brought ((* ONE*) ~tada~) piece of bread to feed the pigeon.

Waterplay by the beach began. At first it was just scooping. Then, oh dear, mommy my shorts got wet. The session ended where she totally submerged herself into the sea. Good thing I brought extra clothing. They utterly have no consideration for that at all. Could it be the reason why... I'm the MOM? !
