Messy Corners in my house

Here are three areas of my house that need abit of re-organisation.



The dirty laundry area needs a dedicated layered drawers or wire baskets.



The shoe cabinet area. Need to throw out unused shoes. Thinking of new cabinets, custom made or store bought, to replace all existing storage. Just ugly.



Dining table. This is where most of the tidbits and snacks for the kids are placed. The posted pic is on a good day. Will install new small cupboards to store tidbits and foodstuffs.

Hubby rightly pointed out that if the food is stored clean from sight, they will be easily forgotten and not eaten. Ref : pantry. But I badly want to enclose them all to stop the whole unsightliness of this area.

So I am looking at a small wooden cabinet like this:



This is also my sewing table, AND the dining table. Trying to shoo my brother out of my house so that I can have more working space.

I will repaint also. Will try the living room first. Too many things need to be done in the house.
